Review of Hard to Kill (1990) by Jeremy K — 01 Jul 2007
I think this movie speaks for itself. A shady Senator sends a gang of thugs to kill him and fail. A shotgun wound puts him in the hospital with an uberhot nurse, where he wakes up, the thugs magically appear the same day, then they make a narrow escape to a large mansion full of asian martial arts equipment, a mountain in the backyard to train on, and liberal amounts of sex with the aforementioned hot nurse.
Once he full recovers and shaves his beard, the thugs magically appear at the mansion, of course to the predictable result of Segal killing them all, then he takes the fight to the bad guys, kills all of them, tells Trent he's going to "Take him to the Bloodbank", dispatches all baddies with no legal consequences, and rides off with the hot nurse and estranged son (who hasn't seen him in 14 years).
Oh, his name is Storm. 'Nuff said.
