This is an independent production with b-movie level of acting but it managed to keep my attention until the end thanks to the convincing relationship between the 2 central characters, Jake and Jade. The basic story line follows a drug dealer who reluctantly inherits his father's criminal empire when his father is sent to prison, during which he takes responsibility for a young girl whose family have met with a tragic end.

The rest of the film involves Jake attempting to escape the clutches of the local gangster / psychopath / part-time florist while trying to keep Jade safe. The psychopath in question is a very bad actor but luckily he is only on screen for a limited time.

The other downside to the film are the fight sequences which look so fake it distracts the viewer from any threat the scene was hoping to evoke. I'm not sure about the title either, it sounds a little like a naff water based disaster movie.
