Absurdly fun action flick. The only I can think of that includes wanton violence against a snake. Not only does Jean Claude punch the shit out of the snake and rip off his rattler, the bad guy then shoots the snake in the face about 3 minutes later.
This whole movie just screams ridiculousness. So much of it is in slow motion that even the most mundane things look badass as hell. Trees and dirt, when shot, unleash a fury of sparks and fire that defy the laws of nature. The same car explodes 3 times. Jean Claude, on more than two occasions, shoots the shit out of a bad guy and THEN, only after they're shot, he roundhouse kicks them in the head. AFTER THEY'VE BEEN SHOT!
One of the most retardedly fun action films I've ever seen. 4 stars because it drags in the middle, as most action films often do.
