Incredibly engrossing, twisted, but powerful. I have honestly never seen a movie quite like it. Ellen Page is a knockout, with an amazingly believable performance. Hard Candy takes you places that no other movie will.
..it makes you wonder who the bad guy truly is. You will swap character allegiance many times throughout the film. Furthermore, it makes you question yourself...how far would you go if you were faced with this same scenario? Absolutely brilliant.
Particularly wonderful if you are interested in dark indie movies, as I am.
