Awe-inspiring action from John Woo, with excellent acting from Chow Yun Fat. Every action scene is like a meticulously planned ballet, executed with a beautiful pace and sense of timing. some of the less action packed scenes do drag out slightly, but the sheer punch of the action scenes compensates perfectly.
