If you think that only Spaghetti Westerns and the likes of Bruce Willis can have ludicrous gunfights or do ridiculous things with firearms, then go meet Inspector Tequila. Don't make him angry. It's a BAD idea.
The plot drives well, and the assault at the hospital makes you screaming for the villains' blood at the end. You would think Tequila totally alludes to Tarzan or George of the Jungle with the electrical cable escape from the hospital, but it makes for good cinema, especially in the visuals.
