This a movie that discusses the seemingly always humorous premise of two straight men pretending to be gay. This is one of the first movies to cover the now over done joke but no one played to the joke too much.
it just seemed as though it was a side note that they were gay. which is how life should be. But let's face it fillm is not real life. the william h. macy storyline was a bit weird as well.
