Review of Happy Endings (2014) by Hans B — 31 May 2008
Really long for a movie that's not terribly interesting. The only things going for it are the performances of Tom Arnold and Maggie Gyllenhaal, who appear somewhat normal at one point in the movie (a real accomplishment in this film).
The conflicts and dilemmas are contrived and ultimately uninteresting, although I'm sure they seemed real EDGY to the filmmakers. Yawn.
