Somewhat pretentious comedy which is not quite a comedy (as the movie itself says at the beginning) and not quite a drama. interwoven stories that of course lead to happy endings, all with some dramatic overtones, about relationships of not so unlikely and unlikable characters.
performances are quite good, what did really annoy me wasn't that it isn't funny even when it should have been (the story with the mexican guy) because the directror convinces you he doesn't want it to be funny.
what does really spoils this movie are the captions... and they really don't help to ease your vision on this quirky plot.
