Review of Hannibal (2001) by Adam P — 29 Aug 2012
Never have been the biggest fan of the whole franchise, its been so overrated in my opinion, but thats just me, however Hanniball isn't too bad, I prefer this then the previous, which to many would be outright controversial.
Positive points involve Gary Oldman as a evil, hideous and creepy lookin character which he delivers so well, Proves his awesome skills as an actor, hes virtually unrecognizable. The whole head cut off thing involving Ray Liotta was discustingly good too, enjoyable in a weird way.
Lecter is Lecter like in the first, nothing new. Juillanne Moore does just the same job as Foster did. Hannibal was ok, but thats how far it goes.
