The much cirtically hated sequel to the masterpiece that was Silence of the Lambs, I liked Hannibal for the one reason, Anthony Hopkins. His character portrayal is Hannibal Lecter, and what makes the movie.

Also the exception and the fact that Gary Oldman played the old man makes it that much more enjoyable. If you are a fan of the series, then you will like this film as I do, but you may hate it like the rest of the world.

I wish that they would continue it, but they just fill us up with prequels and lock the final chapter of Hannibal the Cannibal away. Maybe one day.
