Review of Hannibal (2001) by John L — 30 Oct 2013
Not going to say much about this one. Good to see more of Hopkins' Hannibal Lecter and Juliane Moore is a great replacement for Jodie Foster. Some images are hard to shake, but Ridley Scott doesn't do a great job handling the characterization in this film and ultimately there is an utter lack of drama, tension and any other element that usually makes a thriller (or any movie) good.
