Review of Hanna (2011) by Patrick D — 16 Dec 2015
Watching Hanna was a little like riding a tour bus without caring where I had been or where I was heading. The driver managed to avoid the larger potholes. The guide had a lazy eye and a mild stutter. Analogies aside, when a viewer - and, apparently, a director - is more invested in the landscape than the characters onscreen, mystery and intrigue fall victim to nihilism.
