Review of Hanna (2011) by Jim A — 14 May 2012
Like others have said, the film lacks restraint. It's like a spoiled joke. The plot itself, aside from being common and done many times over, also lacks substance and what you see in the first 20 minutes is all the meat of the story.
The action scenes are just awful. It looks like Saoirse Ronan just got out of bed and is lazily moving around the set as she barely touches people who magically fall over. The trailer gives you the wow factor which the movie seriously lacks.
