Review of Hang 'em High (1968) by Dave C — 06 May 2007
Clint Eastwood once again does what he does best in this Western about justice and revenge.
Lynched for a crime that he did not commit, Jed Cooper (Eastwood) seeks justice against the nine men who tried to kill him. On the way he gets the job as Marshall so he can bring the men in legally. Pat Hingle also stars as Judge Fenton who seeks justice, but only of his own choosing.
Although not the best Western by Eastwood this is still an enjoyable movie, and Eastwood does deliver a fine performance.
