Review of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) by Siarra F — 09 Feb 2008

Utterly silly and hokey, this film tries to delve into what really caused Michael to become what he is. Completely illogical even by slasher movie standards, anyone who has as much as heard of the runic system will groan at the stupidity of that particular plot device in all its false glory.

While the movie is fun and nicely dark in ambience, and has some real thrilling parts, it's hard to fully appreciate it because of its dumb writing.
