Review of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) by Brian M — 01 Dec 2010
We open in some dark, ancient catacombs where Jamie, now a teenager, gives birth to a baby. She and her newborn child are pursued by Michael who catches up to them and finally kills Jamie. However, Jamie has hidden the baby somewhere.
Tommy Doyle, who was the little boy Laurie was babysitting on the original Halloween night, is now a young man and obsessed with Michael Myers. He finds Jamie's baby and takes care of it. Michael returns to his home, to find a family living in there, and slaughters them one by one, until only the daughter and her son are left.
A return to the mental institution where Michael spent his youth is made, and the final fight is played out. The origins of Michaels evil and madness are explained, and yet again he escapes.
