Review of Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) by Mark D — 11 Jun 2010

I've seen this years ago and remember it being pretty bad. Recently I just watched the unreleased "Producer's Cut" which is quite frankly even worse. ALmost unwatchable. The editing is sloppy, the cinematography is garbage, the acting is terrible.

The producer's cut should remain buried. Everything in this movie is just awful. Everything. The story doesn't make any sense and simply explains Michael's "curse" and consequently doesn't make him scary anymore.

I need to rewatch the theatrical cut since it;s been a while but I think it's safe to say that just about every Friday the 13th film is a masterpiece by comparison.
