Review of Halloween: Resurrection (2002) by Steven Z — 31 Oct 2011
Why did Michael have to be resurrected? Why, in the love of God?! More money, but then that turned out to be a waste of money as the Akkads ran out of it. Hahaha! Anyways, this is a terrible film that just took the Halloween franchise's supposed ending and took a dump on it. Seriously. The worst "Halloween" film of 'em all.
We all know Busta Rhymes can rap, but can he act? No. He should've stuck to music in the first place. And Tyra Banks? Really?! The idea seems cool, but the execution was literally dull. The intro was one big mistake, and from there it snowballed into a huge list of things that were not done right. Bad meshing of dumb, hip humor and "horror" just makes things taste even more sour than scary. At least it's mercifully short enough so that you don't have to endure more of this nonsense. Bad. Stay away. Just see the original.
