Jamie didn't die in the beginning, she survived the stab wound on Halloween night 2001 & Michael Myers comes back to haunt her on Halloween night 2018 after 17 years, there now you can enjoy the film more because its not as bad as what people make it out to be & the new film does not need to ret-con every sequel.
"Trick-A-Treat, Muthaf*cka!".
