Review of Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) by Ineedausernamen — 05 Jul 2017
Halloween III is not a great scary movie by any means. However, it's quite a bit better than most people make it out to be. It may not be as scary as Halloween I+II, it may have a crazy story, and above all, it might not have Michael Myers, one of the all-time greatest horror villains, but it is its own movie.
It stands out from the rest of the series, which, for a moment disregarding Halloween III, seemed to sink further into a flaming mount of **** as the series progressed. Halloween III is an okay movie.
Not great, but definitely not bad either. Underrated by fans, this is probably the fourth best entry in the series.
