Review of Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) by Robert B — 07 Sep 2008
Probably one of my favorite Horror movies of all time. Everyone else hated this flick but me. A piece of Stonehenge is stolen, transported to Santa Mira (CA), only to be used to make Halloween masks for the kiddies.
What the little buggers don't know is when they wear the masks on Halloween night, and watch the Silver Shamrock commercial on the tube, their faces will melt, snakes will come out of their mouths, generally resulting in a messy death.
The real gem in this movie is watching the alcoholic Tom Atkins (Dr. Challis) managing to somehow solve this bizzare mystery and talk Stacey Elkin (Elie) into having sex in a cheap hotel room just hours after her father's head was ripped clean off of his body by a robot.
