Review of Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) by T W — 18 Aug 2010
Really corny. Should have been called "Season of the Witch" and just dropped Halloween from it, cuz its way too different than the others, in the fact that Michael Meyers isn't in it.
My guess is the creators were doped up on Cocaine when they made it. Wasn't horrible, the fact that its so different from the others in the franchise makes it worse. The lead character looked like a 70s porn star. The robots were a little over the top, but all in all its watchable at best. A lot of people hate this because Michael Meyers isn't in it, but I can see what they were attempting, they wanted Halloween to be a series of scary stories, like Tales from the Crypt, but Meyers became an icon so they went back to him with the 4th.
