Absolutely crazy sci-fi plays out like a weird dream the kind that freaks you out due to its strangeness rather than anything else. Halloween masks that turn children's heads into snakes and creepy crawlies and clockwork men that kill for a crazy Irish toy maker in a town that resembles an Orwellian nightmare hmmmm maybe Michael Myers wasn't that ridiculous.
