Disappointing sequel, that follows on directly after the classic original left off. Rosethal's direction is non excistant. Warlock's Myers is a snail paced Shape, plodding down hospital coriddors (where only three members of staff seem to be on shift) like a stiff card board cut out.
Compare him to scenes with Nick Castles original interpretation and you can't deny that he was mis-cast. The only saving grace is Pleasence, who is on reliable form as Loomis. Even Jamie Lee Curtis looks bored shitless.
For the most part, I was too.
