Review of Halloween II (1981) by Dirigiblepulp — 14 Jan 2019
Holds up fairly well. I'm surprised at how silent this film is. Long stretches of it are borderline boring, with little music and so much "suspense" that it dissipates into nothing, in a lull of disappointment, before screaming back again.
This movie looks and sounds great, the ending isn't superb but it works. Mr. Sandman is a near brilliant song choice. I love Loomis.
