Review of Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) by Sebastian R — 24 Jan 2008
A risible slasher sequel that is characterised by the many staple components of the ever burgeoning Halloween franchise, namely wafer thin characters, zero suspense and unimaginatively choreographed "creative" death scenes.
Only the fact that it resembles a TV movie in terms of photography and editing is a first for the otherwise identikit series- an unenviable distinction if ever there was one!
