Ehh. Had even less need to be made than Halloween 4. It's a direct sequel just like 2 was to 1. This one is extremely standard 80s slasher. Only watch it if you're a Michael Myers freak.
At this point in the 80s, all these iconic horror franchises were running on fumes. You should probably stick to Halloween 1, 2, and 4. Check out H20 if you like 90s style. Maybe Rob Zombie's remake if you like the 2000s gritty grindhouse style.
