Review of Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) by Chris M — 29 Oct 2011
A worthless sequel featuring young Jamie going mute and discovering a psychic bond with her homicidal uncle Michael, who is not dead, but simply living with a hermit.
This ridiculous story is sprinkled in with a myriad of annoying characters, but the worst is Tina, whose whorish demeanor and bitchy ways wanted me to see her slowly sliced open on a table. She's possibly the single most annoying character ever comitted on celluloid.
Harris, Pleasence, and Cornell all return and are their same likeable selves. They're the only ones attempting to keep this terrible film together.
Skip it! Stick to part 1, 2, 3, 4, and H20.
