This is one of the Halloween movies you can just take or leave. It's not great and it's not bad. It is a little frustrating being teased about people dying though. And I would think at this point, after Michael has been shot, burned, and got hit by a car, Dr.
Loomis wouldn't try defeating him with a 2x4.
