The 4th was my favorite in the series after the original and this tries to go with that more but gets a little wacky..The last ok one before they got really bad..some nice little gore here and there..the scenes at the messed up kids home are laugh inducing badness, especially the kid Billy.
This was rushed being made and it shows.
