Review of Halloween (2018) by Aaron M — 05 Nov 2018

I guess I'm simply not getting why so many people like this movie. These are just my personal opinions and I can respects that others like it. Here are some of the things I noticed with the movie.

The d-bag boyfriend never shows up again, he was pointless (at least kill him off haha).

The doctor and the journalist keep talking about how Myers never speaks, bulilds it up, aaand he never does. I'm happy he dosen't speak but don't build it up and then have nothing to show for it, then there was no need to have it in the movie in the first place.

Wtf is up with the coboyhat wearing Sheriff Barker? He says roughly "So you mean Michael Myers and 30 mental patients are running loose on halloween? But what are we going to do, cancel halloween haha" What real life sheriff would not take this seriously?

Lauries daughter rejects Laurie when she tells her that Myers is free, but in the end seems like she always was aware of the danger and even shows that she is prepared by playing her self of as defensless and then shoots him with a "got ya". I'm aware that she was trained as a kid and is trying to forget this. But if she knew deep down, why did she not go with Laurie , why did she reject her mother while knowing the danger Myers posed, endangering other lives wich got her husband killed in the process.

The halloween music was IMO over used and the reveal music (like when his reflection showed up in the window) was pointless becaus we friggin saw him walking up to the window!
