Review of Halloween (2018) by Sandra D — 22 Oct 2018
The hype was good. The movie not so good. I did not jump once. I love Halloween and watched them all. I did not like Curtis dismissed her movie H20 which I liked better than this one. The well trained daughter had a minimal highlight moment.
The grandchild had no story that mattered in the end. The music was barely there, and the piano version took away from a thrill if any kind. The doctor and cop scene was the worst. Michael and the kid were done in bad taste.
Random killings from outside homes was not explained. 40 years later had to be better. The fire? No one knows again and the family tree holding the knife again. Boring ending. Very disappointing. Curtis gets 2 stars for disappearing after falling and preparing for the comeback.
