Blumhouse has remade this tale in a clever, updated way that keeps you in suspense, all while holding you on the edge. It's been 40 years and definitely hasn't lost its touch, especially in the filming technique that made the film into a franchise.

For an avid fan of the films and franchise, I wasn't disappointed, definitely kept me entertained and I was in that rollercoaster ride with Laurie Strodes, the entire film.
