Such a great sequel that was easily the best one besides the original and I say this as a Halloween series fan fanatic! Scrapping all the sequels from Halloween II (1981) on was a great idea and works well for this film so there was no baggage to worry about including Laurie no longer being Michael's sister.
Loved seeing the trauma from 40 years prior being passed on from generation to generation and how they all handle that individually.
