Review of Halloween (2018) by Aryan K — 19 Oct 2018
Watched the 6.20 Show today at Vue Staines.
John Carpenter and Jamie Lee Curtis' Return to the big screen was scary, suspensful and atmospherically amazing The Kills are gory and as real as they can ever get. its the Horror Movie I have always wanted. being a big horror fan no other horror film has come as close to my passion for Halloween. the kills were so gory it was really upsetting for me seeing (SPOILER ALERT!) Aaron Korey played by Jefferson Hall brutally killed on screen shown bleeding to death as we all expected him having a larger role in the movie since he was largely shown in the trailer. another scene of interest is the last 30 minutes. I loved the reverse physcology put on Michael by Laurie. overall the movie is one of my favourite movies ever made and the overall movie itself is the movie I have always dreamed of. I put a 10/10 and Hope a second movie getting made with the ending having Michael dissapear from the burning basement. only time will tell, Big Love goes to John Carpenter, Cody Carpenter, David Gordon Green, Jason Blum, Malek Akkad,Michael Simmonds, Nick Castle for his amazing acting as Michael Myers and his Stun Man for such convincing kills and the star herself Jamie Lee Curtis for her amazing role as Laurie Strode.
