What's interesting is that Myers' backstory as a film independent of the Halloween franchise would've been a fantastic hit, but trying to explain the backstory of a psychotic killer ruins the magic that Myers once portrayed.
Unfortunately, Zombie ruins the franchise from the moment it begins.
