A movie that wants to be so much more, its got a good concept and a great way to remake the original but it fails at pulling it off. Where the original is focused and greatly paced this re-envisioning rushes and tries to use gore to shock and its ultimately ineffective.
I'm huge a Halloween fan and this was a great disappointment.
