Review of Halloween (2007) by Hwas — 16 Aug 2011

Brutal and Psychologically Turbulent, Rob Zombie's remake of halloween and new vision for michael myers is everything a great horror movie needs to be. This remake, although I am still a massive fan of carpenter's 1978 master piece, blows the original out of the water with the sheer imagery and level of psychosis and trauma unleashed on the characters within this nightmare of a story.

Excellent film-making. One of the most underrated movies I have ever seen.
