Steven Segal? Ja Rule? This movie is so terrible that it looped and is good again. This is a B-movie version of something the producers couldn't get Jet Li and DMX for, so they settled on this crap.
I kid you not, Ja Rule's performance is *hilarious*. He's all mouth twitches, smirks, and winks. If you wanna get fucked up and watch a movie with some friends, this is definitely the movie you want.
