This stoner flick, partially written by Dave Chappelle, is probably one of the dumbest dumb comedies ever made. It also happens to be quite funny, despite the fact that the set design, direction, lighting and acting are sub-par at best.
Clarence Williams III as a scene-stealing drug kingpin is a highlight.
