More of a farce of weedsmokers than a homage. This movie is made watchable thanks to the celebrity cameos - oh and Scarface's manuerisms are pretty damn funny, Brian is toooo over the top and Dave Chapelle is stock.
Watch it for the cameos, especially Stephen Baldiwn.
