It's over the top and everything but it's simply delicious to see where do "Rent", "Spring Awakening" and "Across the universe" have to pay tribute for their plots and character development.
John Savage and Treat Williams give two of the best male performances I have ever seen in a musical and the music and lyrics are gorgeous. What a delightful movie! Who knew Beverly D'Angelo was HOT?
