Review of Hacksaw Ridge (2016) by Cj63 — 22 Jan 2017
Based on a true story this film follows a raw recruit in to the battlefield but there is one difference in this recruit...he does not want to bear arms against the enemy. The film benefits from a strong story line as well as great camera and directional input.
The acting throughout the film is exceptional with moments of brilliance. Although this film is different in many ways I would put this film up at the dizzy heights of Saving private Ryan it is truly going to be a classic.
