Review of Hacksaw Ridge (2016) by Francisco L — 27 Feb 2017
Why don't we check if they commited for the third time a mistake in the best picture winner? Hacksaw Ridge was the movie of 2016 that deserved most the award. It was emotional, touching, twisted, captivating, pertinent.
It had everything to be good but it was exceptional. The Andrew Garfield's perfomances were more defiant and charismatic than Casey Affleck performances, so I can't understand why Casey won the award and not Andrew Garfield.
