**SPOILER ALERT**.

This movie is based on a true story of an Akita who forms a loving bond with a professor who finds him at a rail road station.

I thought the movie was brilliantly filmed from both the human and the dog's point of view.

This dog was so loyal, it would go to the train station ever day to await his master's return from work. After the master died, it continued to return to the railroad station every day for 9 years. I cried like a baby and hugged my cat.
