To be honest, this movie is meant to have no objective. It is an obscure peek into what could be laying deep down in the gutters of midwest trash after disaster strikes. It's about being unable to recover and is essentially a weir trip that is supposed to pull you out of your own mindset.
It takes a certain level of mental instability to understand or be roped into this movie, but I personally thought it had some poetic undertones to it.
