Masterfully shot. Disturbing in such an uncommon way. The film is more of a series of sequences involving various fucked-up people in Xenia, Ohio. Harmony Korine definitely has an eye for finding beauty in uncomfortable places and the film's not without a (dark) sense of humor.
Deducted one star because there is definitely a rather mean-spirited and unsettling tone throughout the film.
