Seeing the success of the first guardian film and how well executed the jokes were this movie is nowhere near as good as the first. The jokes were just too much and it started compromising the story and quality of the movie.

the actors are great and are doing a good job and even the soundtrack and Yondus redemption, as well as how some of the characters were fleshed out, were all fantastic and great. But the movie just had way too many jokes and was not as fun as the first movie.
