Review of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) by Ben T — 18 Jun 2017

Not as good as the first one, but still a very funny and dramatic movie. The characters are still great, there's some really cool new additions and the film is easily one of Marvel's funniest. The action is really good, there's a surprisingly high level of emotion and drama, it looks great and also the opening sequence is fantastic.

Also this is the first time Marvel has killed off a character and it's actually worked. Also the villain is actually really great. There are problems of course but it's still a really good film and in my opinion one of the MCU's best.
